I have spent my entire life working with people. Before I became a Reiki Master I used to be a Senior Specialist Nurse working in the field of Community Mental Health. I have many years experience working with people at their most challenging times. I have had the honour to be able to support clients through difficult times and get them through to the other side to wellness.
My Reiki Journey started years ago when I had a Reiki treatment. I felt drawn to learning more and did my Reiki 1st Degree Attunement. Since then I have not looked back, I am now a Reiki Master & Teacher. Reiki is delivered through energy healing. It works on the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our lives. Reiki is not Faith based. Anyone can receive Reiki as long as they are open to accepting it, it works to the highest good of the person receiving it.

Galilean Healing
Galilean Healing combines Crystal Healing and hypnotherapy with Reiki. This is a beautiful treatment that works on the Higher heart and Heart chakra. Together we work out a issue you are stuck on at the moment. This could be linked to the emotion, physical, mental, or spiritual layer. Once we have identified an issue we then find the root cause and enable you to shift this mindset.

Violet Flame Healing
The Violet Flame is associated with the seventh ray of spiritual light. It helps to transmute stubborn patterns of energy to light. It is a very powerful reiki healing modality if you are finding it difficult to move on either emotionally, physically, or spiritually. This is a particularly useful treatment if you have a energetic block that you would like help with.

How often should i have reiki?
It is recommended to have regular Reiki treatments as it helps to balance the mind, body, bring calmness to yourself and is more effective.
However every Reiki treatment can make a difference

What happens during a treatment?
During the Reiki treatment you will be laid on a therapy bed or sat on a chair fully clothed.
Treatment is non invasive and does not require you to do anything. Some clients fall asleep.
Sensations you may notice or feel are:
hot
cold
tingling
tearful
happy
no reaction at all
After the treatment which takes anything from 45-90mins depending on the type of treatment you have chosen.
Once the treatment is finished you are given time to readjust to the environment.
You will then have an opportunity to discuss anything that came up during the treatment that you would like further explanation on.
Who can have reiki?
Reiki is safe for all adults, mothers-to- be, children, babies, and animals.
You can never have too much or too little Reiki energy during a treatment as the energy goes where it is needed in the body.
If you are worried or concerned please seek advice from your GP.
Reiki works alongside orthodox healthcare and natural remedies.
Reiki does not take the place of conventional medicine
